We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Medical Team Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient needs and plans of care in a secure controlled environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
