Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will oversee site activities, ensure H&S compliance, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

About the Role

  • Undertake daily start-right H&S briefings with site operatives before each working day
  • Oversee/update SHE file as required
  • Coordinate site activities with clients and subcontractors
  • Carry out installation inspections to ensure systems are statically complete prior to commissioning activities commencing
  • Update/manage/issue weekly progress report to the client team

The ideal candidate will have SSSTS or SMSTS certification, a valid skills card, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
