About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead our team in New England. As a key member of our Earth & Environment Team, you will be responsible for managing wetland and natural resource studies, analyses, and associated reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wetland and natural resource studies, analyses, and associated reports
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects
  • Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development
  • Develop strategy for public involvement programs
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Natural Sciences, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing environmental permitting and planning projects
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to mid-level to senior-level team members
  • Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with New England State and USACE agency personnel and decision-makers
