Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
- Prior experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency in reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
