Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
  • Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid CNA-HHA license or certificate required.
  • Prior experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment.
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
