Job Description: Operating Room Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Social Worker to join our team at Anders Group. In this role, you will provide critical support to patients and families before, during, and after surgery, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout the process.

About the Role:
- Provide pre-operative education and counseling to patients and their families
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Coordinate post-operative care and services, including follow-up appointments and referrals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current licensure and certification as required by state and national regulations
