About the Role:

As an Operating Room Specialist, you will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless surgical operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and organizing equipment and supplies necessary for surgical procedures
  • Maintaining a sterile environment throughout the operating room
  • Assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures
  • Communicating effectively with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • Certificate from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and written communication
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities

Compensation:
