**Job Summary:** Residential Services Inc. is seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Residential Services Support Staff.

**Key Responsibilities:** Provide support and care to individuals with Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, foster positive relationships, and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: $500-$1,200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Hiring Bonus: $500-$1,200
  • Temporary Weekend Premium Pay
  • Referral Bonus ($300 per new hire)
