Company Overview:
MAC DISCOUNT LLC specializes in acquiring substantial quantities of customer returns and surplus merchandise, subsequently offering these products individually through online auction platforms. The Large Item Scanning Team employs proprietary technology to accurately scan and upload product details into the auction system. This role focuses on larger merchandise and reports directly to the Large Item Scanning Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently scan oversized and cumbersome items into the system to generate online auction listings.
- Conduct online product research.
- Capture and edit images for online listings.
- Review and enhance automatically retrieved information for each product.
- Meet established quantity and quality benchmarks.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday for 8 hours, including a half-hour lunch break, with hours determined by workload.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable using web-based software and applications.
- Technologically proficient.
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to adhere to written instructions and company policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
