Inventory Specialist

Job Overview:
At Mac Inc, we are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products are accurately accounted for, either on the shelves or picked up by customers. This role reports to the Removal Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily scan all purchased products still on shelves, in order of auction close date
• Ensure product is situated on correct shelves
• Review missing product list to search for missing items
• Escalate missing product to general manager if not found
• Organize/neaten product for easy retrieval (bar codes on outside, product stacked safely)
• Be proficient with inventory check interface dashboard
• Know how auction items are categorized on the shelves, including auction and lot numbers
Requirements:
• Must be available to work onsite Monday - Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must be tech savvy
• Must be highly organized
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
