Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Baltimore, MD. As an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing speech services to infants and toddlers in their homes or daycare centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate infants and toddlers referred for possible speech and language or feeding needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language concerns.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and program coordinators to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Provide regular progress reports to parents and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Maryland SLP license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Maryland Early Childhood procedures and best practices for SLPs in educational settings.
