Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing speech services to infants and toddlers in the Baltimore, MD area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate infants and toddlers referred for possible speech and language or feeding needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language or feeding concerns.
  • Collaborate with families and program coordinators to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy plans.
  • Provide regular progress reports to parents and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Maryland SLP license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Maryland Early Childhood procedures and best practices for SLPs in educational settings.
