Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced osteopathic physician to join our team as an ONMM board-certified/eligible clinical educator. This role will involve providing expert consultation services, leading didactic sessions, and precepting residents in our ONMM3 residency program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality ONMM consultation services for inpatient and outpatient patients
  • Develop and deliver educational content for our ONMM3 residency program
  • Precept residents in our ONMM3 residency program, focusing on osteopathic techniques and principles
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of curriculum for our four companion residency programs at South Pointe Hospital
  • Participate in recruiting efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of our ONMM department and residency
  • Engage in scholarly activity, including research and national presentations
  • Comply with professional standards and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Requirements:

  • DO or MD degree with AOBNMM certification or board eligibility
  • Basic cranial course certification from SCTF or OCA
  • Unrestricted active medical license and DEA certificate in Ohio
  • Practice experience treating diverse patient populations with OMT
  • Previous clinical research experience preferred
