Our agency, Jason McCloud - State Farm Agent, is seeking a qualified professional to join our team for the role of Insurance Staff Position. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
As an Insurance Staff Position, you will have the opportunity to receive:
