We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chesapeake and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families.

You will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. As a member of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming including:
- Supervising direct 1:1 treatment service, developing individualized goals/objectives
- Conducting behavior assessments
- Individualizing client treatment plans
- Managing Registered Behavior Technicians/RBTs/BTs
- Conducting monthly caregiver training

About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience requirements may vary, and additional experience may be necessary for some candidates. All candidates will undergo a thorough review process to ensure they meet our high standards.
