- Administer medication as directed by the nurse, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, fostering a sense of comfort and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Certification as a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (HCNA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
