Join Our Team as a Part-Time BCBA

YCS is a dynamic and rapidly growing mental/behavioral health organization seeking a highly motivated and professional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time position. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable and high-risk youth with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consumer interviews and assessments to develop personalized behavior support plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior support plans.
  • Provide training and support to staff on ABA strategies and procedures.
  • Work closely with families to implement behavior support plans and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification
  • 1-3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
