CFG Health Network is seeking a part-time Psychologist to join our team in Camden, NJ. This role is responsible for ensuring the psychological needs of our youth are met.
Responsibilities:- Establish supportive, motivational, and therapeutic relationships with youth, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Supervise and observe youth during daily routines, including meals, school, and chores.
- Develop and implement daily living and behavior plans for youth, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychological assessment as needed.
- Document clinical issues and provide ongoing staff training.
- Consult with psychiatrists and nursing staff as necessary.
- Licensed and credentialed to practice in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience working with youth and adolescents with complex behavioral and mental health needs.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record History Clearance and a Child Abuse History Clearance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to physically participate in therapeutic holds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
