HVAC Service Technician

DMG Corporation is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Rancho Cordova, California. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for promoting goodwill with customers, performing inspections of DMG equipment, and troubleshooting and resolving controls and start-up issues in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote goodwill with customers and ensure their customer experience is positive.
- Perform inspections of DMG equipment prior to start-up and commissioning to verify equipment is installed correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve controls and start-up issues in the field.
- Train end users on the proper operation and maintenance of DMG equipment.
- Initiate and follow through with warranty claims on DMG equipment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
- Trade School Certification in HVAC
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- Active EPA Universal Section 608 Certification
- R410a Certification
