Job Summary

Solace Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Controls and Warranty Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning at peak efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues on various system types, using your technical expertise to identify and resolve problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including replacement of components as needed.
  • Collaborate with other contractors, owners, and trades to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Document all work performed, including start-up and repair documentation, and communicate findings to vendors, customers, and Solace team members.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
  • Thorough understanding of most HVAC equipment and its major components.
  • Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions and follow blueprints.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to clients.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to weather conditions at that time.
  • May be required to be in confined spaces for short periods of time.
