Role Responsibilities

As the charcuterie bar cook, you will be at the forefront of our culinary experience, engaging with guests and preparing exquisite charcuterie boards. Your expertise will shine as you work with seasonal and artisanal products sourced from around the globe. You will serve as an ambassador for our charcuterie offerings, sharing your knowledge and passion with our patrons.

Essential Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous culinary training is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
  • Current Food Handlers Card
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items
  • Familiarity with food preparation equipment and safety standards
Key Job Functions
  • Engage with guests at the charcuterie bar, providing insights and recommendations
  • Prepare food items for service and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Report any issues or maintenance needs to the management team
