We are seeking a talented New Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving the growth and success of our company, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to handle administrative tasks with ease, and have a proven track record of building rapport with clients. They will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing relationships, fostering strategic partnerships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Identification and Outreach: Identify potential clients in a targeted territory, attend networking events, and utilize online resources to initiate contact with leads through various channels.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective client organizations.
  • Sales Progress Tracking: Track and report sales progress daily, logging all sales activities, account classifications, and key points of contact in CRM software.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Conduct thorough needs assessments, clearly articulate how our products/services can address specific needs, create compelling business proposals and presentations, and lead negotiation efforts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per KOS policy for positions entailing extensive use of personal car while on company business.
