Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Representative to join our leasing team as a Leasing Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the community.
Responsibilities
* Lease apartments and meet or exceed sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
* Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and occupancy goals
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
