Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and vendors.
