Overview

Emory Healthcare is seeking a skilled Hematology Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, dependable, and effective care to patients with hematological disorders.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in hematology nursing.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
