Hematology Nurse Specialist

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in hematology.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience in a hematology setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
