Join Our Team as a Sous Chef at Ohio Living Breckenridge Village

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Ohio Living Breckenridge Village. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
Requirements:
  • 1 year of quantity or restaurant-style cooking experience
  • Knowledge of food, cooking methods, and catering trends
  • Experience in food cost and operational control, point of sale, and diet management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
