Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based services team in the Austin, TX area. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers and staff with completing initial or updated VB-MAPP assessments for all students.
  • Develop individualized programs for students based on VB-MAPP assessments.
  • Identify preference assessment methods and provide training and guidance to teachers and ABA coaches.
  • Conduct classroom site reviews according to scheduled timeframes.
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers and special education assistants on intensive teacher and mand program procedures.
  • Assist with identifying students ready for direct instruction programs and provide behavior skills training and resources to teachers.
  • Conduct transcription for IT/MAND procedures and fidelity checks.
  • Support VB-MAPP with IEP alignment.
  • Collaborate weekly with assigned ABA coaches and therapists.
  • Provide supervision to BACB supervisees and RBTs as assigned.
  • Develop programming to support natural environment training, social/play skills, and inclusive practices.
