As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our care team, working directly with children with ASD to teach them using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll also communicate effectively with families/guardians about their child's progress and work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with children
  • Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
