Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Telehealth

Senior Clinician (BCBA)
Job Classification:Full-time (1.0 FTE) 40 hrs/week Reports to: Director of Clinical Services
Clinical Services:Behavior Change Institute, a nationally recognized service agency, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinician to join our clinical team. As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in providing high-quality treatment options for individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide behavior consultation to BCI clients, families, and allied professionals
- Manage a diverse caseload via tele-health
- Support, instruct, and provide feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behavior
- Conduct descriptive behavioral assessments and interpret results to design effective behavior analytic interventions
- Present treatment plans at regular caregiver meetings
- Train and supervise behavior technicians on behavior intervention plans, data collection, and required paperwork
- Ensure ongoing quality assurance through treatment monitoring and reporting
- Participate in BCI trainings, staff meetings, or workshops
- Collaborate with BCI's Director of Training to ensure competency among behavior technicians
As a Senior Clinician, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the experiences of our clinical interns by providing support and quality oversight of their field experience.
- Provide in-depth supervision experience for interns through co-case management
- Review and provide feedback on written materials to ensure interns are producing conceptually systematic assessments and reports
- Provide ongoing written and vocal feedback on interns' behavior analytic teaching practices
- Model and coach interns on effective supervision practices, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Create a learning environment that engages, energizes, and motivates interns to strive for continued improvement
- Master's degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral science
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Two to three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviors
- Experience rendering ABA treatment under health insurance contracts and within family homes
