Job Title: Finance Manager, Corporate Development Finance

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join its Corporate Development organization. This role will play a key part in evaluating business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business opportunities and provide financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Conduct due diligence and research on industries, potential partners, and investment strategies
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and executive teams
  • Support decision-making by senior management through financial analysis and strategic thinking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • High proficiency in corporate valuation techniques, financial modeling, and accounting acumen
  • Advanced analytical skills and fluency with Excel and supporting financial software
  • Excellent business judgment and persuasive oral and written communication skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $96,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company and may provide additional forms of compensation, such as equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
