Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Sales Consultant to provide custom solutions to customers for their home services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs and developing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a 'one-call' sales method to effectively gather information and assess situations
  • Develop and maintain a working familiarity with all home services standards and practices, as well as code requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of integrity in all interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible solutions for customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
