Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse Abdominal Transplant Coordinator will be responsible for performing assessments, providing patient education, and coordinating care through the phases of transplantation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Mandatory: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Prefer: BSN
  • Mandatory: Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Mandatory: Valid Texas RN License & BLS

In addition to transplant care, our hospital offers a range of specialized services, including liver cancer care, emergency care, weight loss surgery, urology surgery, vascular surgery, inpatient rehabilitation, colorectal surgery, and behavioral health care. A Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse Abdominal Transplant Coordinator

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate care through the phases of transplantation. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.

About Our Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and more.
