About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care in the progressive care unit. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in Texas
  • 2+ years of experience in progressive care nursing
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and tuition reimbursement.
