Position Overview:

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Cybersecurity Compliance and IT Auditing, you will play a pivotal role in our management consulting team, addressing critical business challenges faced by our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:


- Leading and executing comprehensive IT Audits, focusing on the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting compliance with various regulatory frameworks.


- Conducting IT Audits and Security Assessments across diverse sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, and Manufacturing, serving as both an individual contributor and a subject matter expert.


- Managing multiple client engagements throughout the project lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, and ensuring the quality of deliverables while interacting with key stakeholders.


- Training and mentoring new team members on IT Audit methodologies through structured training sessions and hands-on experience.


- Participating in professional conferences to foster team development and growth.


- Contributing to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing client service delivery and exploring innovative technologies.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

- 1-4 years of experience in performing and supervising IT Audits or Technology Risk Assessments.

- Current certification or commitment to obtain relevant certifications within two years, such as CISA, CIA, or CISSP.

- Strong professional writing skills to effectively communicate project findings and challenges.

- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs while meeting billable hour targets.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

- Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional services environment.

- Proficiency in audit tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
