We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team at Urban Air Adventure Parks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our indoor adventure park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the park, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a collaborative environment among employees and customers.
  • Staff Monitoring: Supervise on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintenance and Inventory: Monitor the proper maintenance and inventory of the park and its equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Safety and Security: Promote a safe and secure environment for employees and customers, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma, some College preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a supervisor-level role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Proven conflict management skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations, and ability to work nights and/or weekends.
