- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Early education experience is a plus, but not necessary; we value a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
- High energy and ability to work outdoors in various climates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.
- Basic computer skills and a strong understanding of child development.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (can be obtained once hired).
