Nutrition Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will provide expert nutrition care to patients and families in our care communities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
• Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and families.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices.

Requirements:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
