Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, aligning with company core values
  • Drive a high-performing team by modeling leadership skills, inspiring a shared vision, and challenging processes
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals for assigned areas of operation
  • Manage branch staffing, including hours, schedules, payroll, and productivity
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, onboard, and transition branch staff
  • Develop and implement staff training, including new hire and ongoing development
  • Manage staff performance through regular feedback and annual performance reviews
  • Provide mentorship and support to direct reporting leaders
  • Meet timelines and quality standards for deliverables, including invoicing, reporting, labor, and material projections
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to contract and within budget
  • Develop and interpret departmental labor metrics to maximize production
  • Manage tool and equipment needs, storage, and operation
  • Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in the landscape industry
  • 1+ years of commercial snow removal experience
  • 5+ years of previous leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual: English-Spanish
  • Multiple division experience in landscape, lawn maintenance, commercial snow and de-icing, commercial irrigation systems, turf, and weed management
