**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide front counter sales and phone enquiries support to our customers
  • Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Assist with stock control, sales, and quotes
  • Support with deliveries and loading/unloading of customer vehicles
  • Contribute to the general operations of our busy Avondale branch

**Requirements**

  • Previous front line/customer service experience in a similar environment or industry
  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Knowledge of our products and how they work is advantageous
  • A keen interest in our industry
  • Current full driver's license
  • A Forklift license (F endorsement) is beneficial but full training will be provided
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-confidence and ability to approach and engage with customers
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness
