A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities include ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Most of your time will be spent in an office environment, managing incoming calls and utilizing computer systems to assist clients with their plumbing needs while dispatching service requests to field technicians.
With a keen eye for detail, you will efficiently schedule appointments to ensure prompt service and optimize our technicians' time and travel. You will keep clients informed and engaged, enjoying the variety of tasks that come with the role. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
