Job Summary

Transdev is seeking a skilled Non-CDL Paratransit Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to the disabled community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide door-to-door transportation services to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Ensure passengers are properly secured and provide assistance with entries and exits.
  • Greet passengers, accept fare payment, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Properly report all incidents, accidents, and mechanical concerns.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Punctual with an emphasis on attendance.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination, including a background and drug test.
