Compensation

  • Average annual salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide honest and reliable service to customers.
  • Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Install and replace HVAC components as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate service records for billing and documentation.
  • Ensure service vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service calls.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • EPA certification and high school diploma/GED required.
  • Willingness to commute to the South Hills Pittsburgh area.
  • NATE Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Preferred 3 years of HVAC experience.
  • Experience with Service Titan is advantageous.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
