The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cellular radio frequency (RF) systems for various wireless products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that RF systems are integrated and evaluated properly.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in designing and optimizing cellular RF systems. A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required. Strong understanding of cellular network architecture and protocols is essential. Experience with RF simulation tools and software is also necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize cellular RF systems for wireless products.
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure that RF systems are designed and optimized for optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain RF system requirements and specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure that RF systems are integrated and evaluated properly.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure that RF components and modules are selected and integrated properly.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for RF systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot RF system issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for RF systems and provide training to other engineers and stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology.
