Key Responsibilities:

A highly motivated and experienced RF Systems Architect is required to play a key technical role in the development and evolution of our emerging RF/wireless technology. The successful candidate must have significant knowledge of RF standards and systems engineering, with emphasis on Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications.

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers addressing inquiries and issues related to product bring-up and performance.
  • Work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, ensuring successful design-wins.
  • Develop and optimize reference designs to showcase product capabilities.
  • Create technical documentation for customers including datasheets, application notes, training materials, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product specifications, performance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.
  • Stay updated with evolving industry standards, requirements, and trends related to RF/wireless system architectures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of RF standards and systems engineering, particularly for Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with RF Front-End parameters such as NF, noise circles, IP2/IM2, IP3/IM3, Gain modes, S-parameters, Tx path PAE, Gain, ACLR, power sweep, Rx Band Noise, harmonics, Spectrum Emission Mask, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with testing and characterization equipment like oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.
  • Experience working with SoCs or wireless modules in developing reference designs and documentation.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, bonus plan, and more.
