Job Description

The Lead Engineer, Cellular RF Systems position is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cellular radio frequency (RF) systems. This role involves leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain cellular RF systems for wireless products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize cellular RF systems for wireless products.
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure that RF systems are designed and optimized for optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain RF system requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure that RF systems are integrated and evaluated properly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and optimizing cellular RF systems.
  • Experience leading a team of engineers to develop RF systems.
  • Strong understanding of cellular network architecture and protocols.
