We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our Global Support team at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). As a key member of our team, you will provide world-class product support to our valued customers, leveraging your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and UKG Pro Learning software.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to customers, driving world-class customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and complete issue resolution.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and expertise for UKG products, including a deep understanding of functionality and architecture.
- Triage and resolve complex issues effectively, using solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with internal peers and stakeholders to progress customer issues, utilizing verbal and written communication, phone, email, case tracking system, and remote collaboration tools.
- Log product deficiencies and work with Engineering to pursue acceptable resolutions.
- Support peers and contribute to team readiness, practicing knowledge-centered service by creating, updating, and sharing knowledge base articles.
- 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Human Resources, Learning and/or HRIS processes and/or systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment and can also work independently.
