Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Consultant for our bustling Quick Lane Service Center. This is a full-time opportunity with a 5-day workweek and no Sunday shifts, ideal for those looking to advance their automotive service career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly
  • Assess required services based on vehicle service history
  • Provide recommendations for necessary and optional services
  • Inform customers about current promotions and special services
  • Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with clients
  • Meet the service department's standards for productivity
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive experience is essential
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Valid driver's license in the state of employment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Submission of a resume and completion of an assessment are required
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA
