Job Title: Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, working closely with our Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work closely with Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customers
  • Perform thorough and accurate vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
  • Continuously develop and maintain technical expertise in a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems and achieve exceptional results
  • Adhere to our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
  • 3+ ASE certifications or a plan to achieve
  • Strong knowledge of diesel and Euro vehicles a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting and moving of heavy objects
  • Ability to work with tools in tight spaces and at heights
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods
