As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Managing and supporting user account information, including permissions, security, and system groups.
- Providing training to employees, identifying, analyzing, and resolving product failures, and ordering and replacing parts as necessary.
- Assessing and recommending products or services that best meet customer requirements.
- Possessing an associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a background of entry-level to 3 years in the field or a related area.
- Demonstrating knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical support field.
- Following instructions and established guidelines to execute job functions effectively.
- Working under direct supervision to achieve departmental goals.
