Position Summary

In this position, you will spearhead requirement gathering and project initiatives within our National Accounts Sales division. Acting as a crucial link between the Technology department and business units, you will facilitate system development and enhancements. Your role will involve conducting business process evaluations, needs assessments, and various analyses to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management, collaborating with project teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Develop and support system requirements, enhancements, and updates for the National Accounts Sales division.
  • Provide clear and actionable requirements that meet user needs while adhering to internal development standards.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategic roadmaps and manage ongoing backlog grooming, including the creation of compelling business cases and ROI models.
  • Serve as a primary interface between business stakeholders and the IT community.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals, including architects and developers, on architectural design and the development of data models.
  • Effectively communicate changes and enhancements to developers, sponsors, and business stakeholders through verbal and written documentation.
  • Engage in analysis to shape requirements, development estimates, and system designs.
  • Coordinate with testing and QA teams to validate releases against established requirements.
  • Participate in monthly release meetings and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Manage documentation repositories and maintain project documentation libraries.
  • Review project progress and assess accuracy and efficiency of results.
  • Conduct financial modeling, project planning, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Organize system work into a cohesive program with a long-term vision.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed below are essential for successful performance in this role.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with Agile, PMBOK, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in requirement gathering for core technology and internal application projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smart Sheets.
  • PMP or CBAP certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in Data Mapping.

Additional Information

  • This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work at least three times a week; local candidates are preferred.
  • Consideration will be given to available FTE headcount.
  • No travel is required for this position.
  • The interview process consists of two steps.
